Description
This painting was created in 2020, I wanted to design a new butterfly, for it had been a while since i was inspired to do so. I was able to stick with the background being neutral and the dark black butterfly as the main focus. The exert of writing at the bottom is from my journal. To clear my mind is a process that i call writing…. I usually don’t have reasons for my numbers in my paintings and if I do I will refer to the meanings when asked. In this particular piece my grandmother and grandfather’s wedding photos had some handwriting with date’s that i copied and used in this. Keep it simple.
